HMBA Club Racing Results – XC – Round 5 Killingworth – 17/09/17

HMBA XC Results rev1 – Round 5 Killingworth -170917A change of location today, brought about by the recent fires in the Heaton  State Forest and the uncertainty of whether or not we would be able to race at Awaba, saw us head out to our old stomping ground at Killingworth. It was great to be able to ride on some of those tracks again!

More than 50 riders enjoyed perfect riding weather. It was good to see so many kids that showed up for the kids ride before the main race. Plenty of those then rode in the main race on “the big track”. Remember kids, if you do ride in the main race, come and get a number plate so we can record your times.

A big thanks to our timekeepers, Alicia, Annie and Australia Team member, Cameron Ivory, all of whom donated their to make our race more enjoyable.
