Hunter Mountain Bike Association is offering a limited number of opportunities for businesses from the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions and wider cycling industry to sponsor sections of the trail network at the Awaba Mountain Bike Park. Mountain Biking is growing significantly in popularity and this provides a great opportunity for interested businesses to increase their exposure to this segment of the population.
A Sponsorship Package has been developed that will allow selected businesses to have a sign placed at one of a limited number of predetermined locations (e.g. bridges, POI) around the trail network, with the Sponsorship Packages being effective for a 12 month period (running from July through to June of the following year).
The initial Sponsorship Package will include the costs for manufacture and installation of the signage at the designated location within the trail network. Businesses will be required to provide artwork that fits the approved dimensions of the signage (900 mm x 600 mm) – if you require assistance to design your artwork / logos to fit within this size then please contact us and we will provide you with the relevant contact details for our sign manufacturer.
The pricing for the initial Sponsorship Package will be $1000, with an ongoing Sponsorship Fee of $500 per annum.
Moving forward it is the club’s intention to issue invoices in May so that you can complete your sponsorship payment by the end of June of that year. If you choose not to renew your package, or fail to make the sponsorship fee payment by the designated time, your allocated sign location will be forfeited and offered to the next business on our waiting list.
A plan of signage locations will be developed and offered to shortlisted sponsor businesses to choose from on a “first come – first served” basis.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest, ideally before 1 July – we will be in contact with the shortlisted businesses soon after that, with the intention of having signage in place by the end of July.
